A Message from a Child's Tantrums

Watching a 1.8yrs girl angry,throwing tantrums and hurling objects around makes me understand "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23. We all came with a seed of sin, Unfair we may say, but that is the almighty,can we question him? Yes we can,but He already has answers. "...can the pot say of the potter He knows nothing?" Isaiah 29:16 or "Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the Leopard it's spot? Neither can you do good who are accustomed to doing evil" Jeremiah 13:23. What!? Are we then doomed to sin and live in abject depravity. NO! the almighty has a solution- CHRIST JESUS. " Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and i will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for i am gentle and humble in heart,and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light" Matthew 11:28-30. You may ask,why should i change one burden for another, well if you have read pilgrims progress you will understand, it's an invitation to exchange a heavier burden for a lighter burden- our sins,for his righteousness,our pride and arrogance for his humility,our selfishness for his selflessness. The list can go on,but it's worth the exchange. There's hope. The innate sin need not control us,we can lay it down. "Christ in you the hope of glory" Colossians 1:27
